From the moment you walk in the door, the staff at the Natick store make you feel welcome. I typically get my hair cut by either Andrea or Ashley. My hair is pretty coarse, and they both do a terrific job. They take the time to make sure the cut comes out nice and even (not a single wonky strand). They also trim my bushy eyebrows (a nice and much-needed touch). Thanks to the whole crew in Natick.

I have been to fancy, expensive salons on Newbury Street and Wellesley, but I think the service and quality of the cuts and color I receive are just as great, if not better at the Haircuts, Ltd. In Natick. My go-to stylists are Kaitlyn, the manager, as well as Natalya and both are extremely talented and knowledgable. I am allergic to a chemical in all hair dye so they work with me to substitute a mixture of medical grade henna and indigo to color my hair. I am extremely pleased and cannot recommend this highly enough!

I have had nothing but excellent experience here! I have been going here for at least 10 years. I have had cuts and colors over the years and have never had a bad style. Ashley has been my stylist for almost all of those years. She is excellent and though I want to keep her a secret I highly recommend making an appointment with her. She can do it all!

The Natick location of Haircut LTD is fantastic. You were greeted at the door as soon as you walk in by the receptionist. The staff is fun and professional and the location is extremely well run. I would highly recommend getting your haircut here.

Caitlyn is a gem! I’m so glad I found her as I was only going for a blow dry turned into my new Hair Artist— the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Caitlyn was not only incredibly skilled, but also kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my appointment. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure I left feeling confident and refreshed. It’s rare to find someone who’s both talented and has such great energy. I did a keratin express with color and a blowdry which normally would cost around $385..this was half the cost with amazing results! Money isn't an issue for me so always thought I had to go to high end salons for the best results..see Caitlyn and the only thing you will regret is not finding her years ago!!!
